The board consist of the officers of the club, committee chairpersons, current coaches and assistant coaches. The board votes on all matters presented to the board by the officers, membership, coaches, or committee chairperson.
The current president of the club will call for a board meeting when necessary but at least once a year in July, between seasons where officers for the club are voted for.
Any member or officer of the club may ask for a board meeting when they believe a situation warrants it by going through the president.
All membership is invited AND ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND all board meetings as a non-voting attendance but to share their opinion, ideas, and concerns about the club on matters being discussed.
